About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Full Stack .NET Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code standards, and contributing hands-on across the full stack using technologies like .NET Core, Angular/React, and Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, C#, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, DevOps, and QA engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Design RESTful APIs and ensure integration with front-end components and third-party services.
• Drive agile best practices, code reviews, CI/CD implementation, and DevOps automation.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture documents.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and advocate for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• Deep expertise in .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, Entity Framework.
• Strong hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular (v8+), React, or Vue.js.
• Proficient in SQL Server and database design; exposure to NoSQL is a plus.
• Experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure DevOps, Functions, Storage, etc.).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and web security.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and containerized deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead teams in an agile environment.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes and modern DevOps tooling.
• Microsoft Azure or .NET certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-400).
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks (xUnit, Selenium, etc.).
